What makes a BeUhmused session different?
BeUhmused Studios is about more than simply taking photos. We try to make every session intentionally directed around you, your personality, your style, and how you want others to see you. From concept, lighting, and final imagery, the goal is to create photos that feel intentional and distinctly yours.
What should I wear?
Wear something that makes you feel confident and feels authentic to you. Depending on your experience, we can also plan multiple looks beforehand and discuss what will photograph best with the chosen backdrop.
Do I need to know how to pose?
Absolutely NOT. That's what I'm here for. I'll guide you throughout the session with posing, movement, expression, and positioning so you never have to worry about what to do in front of the camera.
Can you help me come up with a concept?
Absolutely. You don't need to arrive with everything figured out. If you have a specific vision we'll develop it together. If you only have a general idea, I can help shape it into a visual
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking as early as possible to guarantee the date and time that works best for you. I cannot hold dates, your deposit will be what holds your date and time.

BeUhmused Studios is located in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake, VA
Can I bring a friend to my shoot?
YES! However there is a limit of only one additional person.
Something came up and I am unable to make it to my shoot, Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, no. There are no refunds however you are able to reschedule to another date that works
